1) 1.Tour cost published does not include Air fare/Railway cost, unless and until mentioned specifically.

2) 2.Get set Go Holidays Pvt.Ltd. hereinafter referred to as “The Company”.

3) In the event of natural calamities like earthquake, floods, etc. or unavoidable, circumstances like curfew, strike etc. Not within the controls of The Company, the tour. The Company , the escort shall use his discretionary right to either change the tour route or cancel the tour as per the situation demands .please note this is application in group tour.

4) Baggage & personal belongings of the tour participant will be his/her sole responsibility, throughout the tour. The Company shall not be liable for the loss /damage of any kind.

5) Smoking /drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited during the journeys air, rail, and bus & in dining halls. Tour members can avail the smoking zone wherever applicable.

6) The company shall not be liable for any personal loss / damage to any tour individual due to reasons beyond control of The Company.

7) Individual tour member shall be required to follow the common civil code of conduct during the entire tour. Any inconvenience / damage caused to other member’s in the tour shall call for strict action by the tour escort towards the defaulter. There will be no compensation rendered to the defaulter, in case he needs to leave the tour.

8) Food / drinking water shall not be providing during rail / flight journey by The Company unless and until mentioned specifically.

9)The company does not have any control over the price fluctuations towards Railway / Flights / Bus / Hotels / Shipping companies or any other service provided by Third Party. Likewise, The company shall not be responsible for delays / deficiencies for the services provided by the outside service agencies.

10) Tour participants are requested to collect their journey tickets from The Company office address after making full payment. On request and risk by the Tour individual, the same shall be sent by postage with additional administrative cost towards it.

11)The Tour participant is required the join the tour as per the itinerary given from their respective destinations. Please note if any tour participant travels before the tour journey date to any destination as per the itinerary The Company shall not be responsible & liable for any additional cost wherever application.

13)For group with less than 16 members the road travel shall be done by vehicles like sumo/ Qualis etc .The Company shall Communicate any addition rule required for specific group tour journeys.

14)Seat allotment shall be made on the basis of “first come first ” only .For any reason like physically challenged ,the rule shall be kept flexible.

15)Taxes shall be application as per government rule & regulations.

16)The Company may be allowed for tour camera shoots (stills/video) as its publicity Campaigns. The Tour participant shall allow for the same

17)All payment to be made by made by Cheques/Demand draft in favour of Get Set Go Holidays Pvt Ltd payable at pune.

18)If any dispute arises then it's subject to Pune jurisdiction only.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Guest

1)If the guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then she/he shall give a written application within a specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company.Such cancellation will attract the cancellation charges stated hereunder.

Note: Charges are levied on the Gross tour price and not the discounted price.For an Indian tour,cancellation does not include air ticket cancellation and they will be levied separstely

For tailor -made holiday ,cancellation charges will differ accordingly as per services booked.

When the Company cancels a tour:

In case if any Tour is cancelled form the company's end,then the full refund of amount paid by the guest will be made within 30 working days of cancellation of the tour by cheque only.Alternatively ,the guest can take any other Tour option suggested by the Travel Advisor or can utilizer the tour amount paid for any of the company's future tour.

Booking Policy:

Application should be submitted atleast 45 days before the provisional date of departure.Raghukul Holidays /Get Set GO Holidays Pvt Ltd.Will confirm your booking with in 07 days on receipt of your application.

when the booking is made following details must be disclosed. Full name as in passport , date of birth, nationality ,sex,occupation and medical certificate to travel in high altitude area.

Upon the conformation 100% deposit is required before 45 days of the commencement of the tour along with passport.

All the client need to carry ID proof ,(Voter ID proof)while traveling by air .

The itinerary can change without notice due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control such as political unrest .Natural calamities , changes in itinerary by the chinese authorities etc.

Present rate i.e at the time of booking,viz. the rate of Dollar is Rs. In case ,if there will be rise in the rate of Dollar at the time of departure for tour ,the customer shall have to pay

the difference at actuals.Nogrievance of the customer shall be considered in this regard .

Expending towards Evacuation shall be borne by the customer.In case if the Insurance Company

disallows any medical clim and/or claim in respect of Evacuation,the tour organiser shall not be responsible/liable for the same. same.

If any dispute arises then it's subject to Pune jurisdiction only.

Cancellation Policy:

RS.20,000/- non-refundable,once the booking done.(You can use this amount in next 3 yrs for any other tour) 50% Cancellation charges of the package cost- in case cancellation is received between 45 days of departure.

No refund in case cancellation is done 44 days prior to departure.No refund or adjustment will be made in the event of interruption of journey by a client after commencement of the tour.Apart from the given itinerary,any change requirsted by the client will be on chargeable basis.

After applying for visa got rejected ,this will be the purely embassy decision. you will get the refund after 90 to 120 working days its beyound our Control

Assumption of Risky ,Relesase and Guarantee

I understand and I am aware that during the tour or trek in which I Intend to participate under the arrangement of Get set GO Holidays and its agents ,associates ,employees ,Certain risks and dangers may a rise ,hazards of travelling in remote and mountaino us terrain ,accident or illness in remote places without the availability of medical facilities or means of rapid evacution.If urther understand and accept that due to the nature of travel in Mt. Kailash and also due to certain terms and conditions imposed upon Get set Go Holidays,by the principle i.e Chinese travel authorities. I will not be eligible for any refunds of the cost for whats over reason when the trip are actually launched and if make a cancellation after completion of booking formalities ,I will not be eligible for any refunds of the cost for whatsover reason when the trip are actually launched and if make a cancellation after completion of booking formalities, i will for fe it the initial Rs.20,000/- deposit I made I howerver will receive full refunds (less RS.10,000/-initial deposit)if GetsetGo Holidays cancels a trip .In case of cancellation of the tour ,Save& except the refund of payment made by the customer no other claim shall be maintainable. I accept and agree all risks associates with the journey and further agree to abide by the terms and conditions of GetsetGo Holidays as described here and in its brochure and publication.In the event of lliness, accident,weather,political and other factors beyound their Control I will not hold GetsetGo Holidays,its agents ,associates or employees responsible or hable for any damages.lunderstand that travel at my own risk.
